Budget Buildings Warehouse

Price: $35.92

Huge Factory / Warehouse building
* Victorian, World War 1 or 2, Modern Day
* Cost-effective
* Any layout
* For gamers who like to game
* Completely modular
* Easy stack and rotate
* Access to all floors
* Compatible with all Budget Buildings

Our biggest building to date:  Make 2 large factories or 1 huge factory.

You get all the pieces you need to re-shape.    Using standard patterns you can make:
* 2 single storey warehouse/factory units
* 2 double storey warehouse/factory
* 1 triple or four storey unit!

Or, join them together, with no dividing wall to make
* 1 single story, huge warehouse
* 1 double storyey, huge warehouse

Join them together with full and solid walls, no central divider makes a huge 8 x 8 inch spare - approximately 80 feet to a side in scale.

Large buildings fit with the smaller buildings perfectly.

This pack includes 4 double sized buildings, 2 double sized roofs, 2 chimneys.

Fully compatible with all our other building sets.

Mix them up with our other buildings, you can have a double single floor and a tower unit above.  You can have a factory with outbuildings, guard towers, workshops and garages, lots of possibilities across all the ages.   Factories make great targets for scenarios.

Double width doors could hide vehicles as well as infantry!    Also, there are two chimneys, climb them for sniping or demolish them for victory points.

Suitable for 28mm Figures

The buildings are loosely scaled as heroic 28mm or 1/48th to 1/56th - but will fit any typical mini from 1inch to 1.5inches - 25mm to 36mm.

The buildings are based on a 4 inch (10 cm) square, so depending on your scale work out around 12 to 20 feet across.

Where figures are shown in the images these are either from Zombicide, Warhammer or Star Wars.

Each floor is around 3 inches (8 cm) tall.

Doorways are oversized to allow figures to move through doors and windows.

Buildings are for gaming rather than realistic dioramas.

Maximum flexibility: stack,swap,rotate.

The rooms are designed for maximum gaming flexibility, rooms will have 1, 2 or 3 doors and 1 or more windows and blank walls.

You don't have to face the doors to the front of course.

Upper floors have optional openings into the floor below.

Roof modules do not have a figure space, you can use the half height room extension to create a useable roof space.

Easy to make, easy to paint

Each module is made from 3mm MDF, easy to snap together with what I like to call "squeaky fit".

The laser cut is so precise you should just be able to squeak the components into position.  It takes less than a minute to make one module.

For accessories like windows and doors you can use any glue - I recommend a Pritt stick or any paper glue stick - there is no mess with these.

MDF is of course ever so easy to paint.  If you just want a quick finish you can spray paint in seconds.   I recommend punching the pieces out, spray paint, then assemble.

If you want to hand paint details on afterwards then the sky is the limit
